Clearway has always been great to me. The doctors are helpful and to the point. I will use them as long as I need to

Clearway Pain has been wonderful for me. I am 71 years old with 2 surgeries on my back,knee replacement and suffer from arthritis. They help me to continue to get around with very little pain.Thank you

I had been a bit befuddled before this visit about various details of and expectations for the 3-step process involving facet blocks and RFA. Thanks to Dodzi’s patience and clarity, I left with about as much understanding as a non-medical person could possibly have—and a stronger sense that I was moving closer to the end of back-pain that’s been going on for over a year.

Polite and ontime.

Dr. Benjamin is obviously an expert in his medical field. He explained options clearly. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.

Little vague on procedures

Based on my most recent appointment, I'd give two stars. But because I have seen a doctor here before (years ago), I'll be gracious and give three. This most recent appointment was truly terrible, a 20 minute wait in the room for a 2 minute appointment. My doctor did not listen and quite frankly did not seem to care. It was a waste of time and was very disappointing to be treated in such a way. I will not be going back again.

I have been going to Clear Way pain management for 1 year now. Very pleased. They keep me on the same pain management program that I have been on for the last 27 years. That I was on in Florida and Louisiana before that.

Nice place and Dr and nurse are very nice

I have been a patient at Clearway Pain Solutions since 2012. I have been seen by different nurse practitioners and doctors.
I currently see only one nurse practioner. She is always upbeat, encouraging and listens to my concerns. She words everything so that I understand, that in itself is awesome. She was there for me while I was scared and battling throat cancer. She helped me keep a positive attitude and beat cancer!
Dodzi has always addressed my questions, emails, etc., in a timely manner. I believe she really likes helping people. You can tell by her broad smile when you see her in the office.
Dealing with people who are there because they are in pain, and usually, I know, not too happy. It amazes me how she can give me her undivided attention and maintain an upbeat mood. I usually leave her office much happier than when I arrived.
Seeing people who are in chronic pain, day after day, and keeping yourself in a happy mood must not be too easy! But the people working in the Westminster office have nailed that!
The staff, the doctors, everyone there are all wonderful people. I highly recommend Clearway Pain Management to anyone that needs that kind of assistance.

I have no complaints, they have been very professional and caring. Dr. Benjamin is very caring and talks you through everything before her does it. My pain has always been a good 10 +. As for my treatment at this time is 3 and a 2 on a good day. The staff was good at making me feel comfortable, relaxed, and eased my slight anxiety. Good practice.

Dr Todd Ruth is an excellent doctor he has taken care of my back pain my neck pain my hip pain my leg pain and diabetic nerve pain over the years you have severe back problems and leg problems see Dr Todd Ruth

Met with Dr. Todd Ruth in the Westminster office and he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ruth had already reviewed my medical history and was well informed of the reason for my visit. He wasted no time in discussing treatment options which I had already considered so we were able to quickly agree on a treatment plan that will begin in one week. So much faster than I was originally expecting and now anticipating my many months of painful discomfort will be over. Very pleased that I discovered Clearway Pain Solutions and Dr. Ruth. Highly recommend!

My first time and I found it to be very nice. Every one is very nice with a pleasant disposition. It was very nice.

Very professional and knowledgeable

Dr Benjamin has treated me for two different and unrelated spinal issues in the past three years. He is one of the most “interested “ Drs I have ever been treated by. Very personal and very detailed in getting to the root of my pain, and how best to treat me.
I highly recommend this Genuine Care Giver who truly cares about his patients!

Too many redundant questions.

Very professional and helpful staff. I felt that I was a valued patient and both the nursing staff and Dr. Benjamin listened to my issues and explained things very well. Would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Benjamin was thorough, kind, thoughtful, took his time and explained everything. One of the best doctors I’ve been to!

Front office staff is very nice. My visit went well with Dr. Benjamin explaining the next procedure I will be having. He used a model of spine and pictures on his computer to explain the area to be treated. As always he is very kind and nice and takes the time to explain and answer my questions.

Very friendly and kind service. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, and I was also able to schedule the procedure I needed for the following day. I highly recommend Clearway Pain Solutions for fast, and friendly service.

Staff is always pleasant. Checkups are quick and thorough.
